ENJOY THE PROCESS

The opportunity to be recruited as a college student athlete is amazing. Doors are opened to see great campuses, meet wonderful people and set yourself on a path to success. It is a process which requires time and work, and a process you should enjoy. The more you enjoy the process the better your decision can be.

During the recruiting process it can become hectic. Calls, texts, emails and tweets will fill your days. Necessary time will be spent with Coaches’ visits to your school and home. You will be traveling to official and unofficial visits and possible spending nights on campus. These trips should be well planned and coordinated. And all this is done as you go through your normal routines of life, school and sports.

But the recruiting experience is something you “get” to do. Take full advantage of your opportunities and ENJOY every minute. And if it does get a little crazy that’s OK, it is part of the process.
